Private Candidates

Private candidates are individuals who do not attend Unionville School. You may register for examinations as private candidates for any IGCSE or AS/AL syllabus. The fees for each syllabus vary based on the number of components and exam duration.

For the May/June 2026 Examination Series:

Regular Registration: January 15, 2026 to February 21, 2026 14:00 EST

Late registration: February 21, 2026 14:01 EST to April 17, 2026 17:00 EST

Cambridge Final Exam Timetable May/June 2026

The late registration period for the May/June 2026 Series of Examinations will begins in February 21, 2026 14:01 EST. At this point, a CAD $180 Late Registration Penalty will apply per syllabus. Please note that changing an entry at this point will also incur late fees.

Please note that Unionville International Academy does not provide any IGCSE or AS/A-Level Predict Grades for private candidates. We are also unable to evaluate course work or provide predicted grades under any circumstance.

You will receive a confirmation from us once your request has been approved.

Please be aware that once your registration with CIE is submitted, refunds cannot be issued.

Additionally, if exams are canceled, we cannot provide predicted grades or change deadlines for any syllabus. Students will be moved to the next available examination series if permitted by Cambridge.

The following fees will apply to external candidates:

Levied by Centre: $200.00

Examination fee per component: $180.00

Practical Exam Fee (per exam): $485.00 (to cover cost of materials and setup time)

Late Registration Penalty Fee: $180.00 (per syllabus)
