Exam Payment Terms & Refund Policy

01   General
 

These Exam Payment Terms & Refund Policy apply to examination fees and related services provided by Unionville International Academy (UIA), including services for private candidates registering for external examinations.

By submitting payment, the candidate and/or payer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out below.

02   Examination Fees

​

All examination fees must be paid in full by the payment deadline provided by UIA.

Fees may include, where applicable:

​

• Examination board registration and entry fees

• Centre administration and invigilation fees

• Late entry or amendment fees

• Access arrangement or special testing administration fees, where applicable

• Other examination-related charges communicated to the candidate before payment

Fees are normally charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
